📐📋Universal Design of Instruction, IEP & Reasonable Accommodations is designed to strengthen the capacity of in-service teachers to create inclusive, equitable, and accessible learning environments that respond to the diverse needs of all learners. The course examines the principles and practical application of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the development, implementation, and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and the provision of reasonable accommodations to support meaningful participation and achievement. Participants will critically reflect on their own teaching practices while exploring evidence-based strategies for differentiating instruction, removing barriers to learning, using assistive technologies, and collaborating effectively with families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary professionals. Through authentic classroom-based activities, case studies, and reflective practice, teachers will enhance their ability to implement inclusive pedagogies that align with national education policies, professional standards, and international best practices, leading to improved learner outcomes in diverse educational settings.
